ROS believes in transparency, accountability and respect, and is committed to set high standards for employees, brand partners and investors in the execution of all its operations, which shall be conducted in a respectful and fair way.

ROS approach to governance responsibility is focused on

  • Ethics

  • Partnerships

  • Data management

  • Cybersecurity

  • Political neutrality

  • Human rights

Ethics

ROS’ commitment to ethics is a key driver of the business strategy and is essential to safeguarding ROS people, customers, partners, investors and financial performance. It is the foundation on which we build trust.

As a matter of fact, all businesses are to be conducted in accordance with the highest moral, legal and ethical standards and fully follow the law of the countries where ROS is operating.

ROS is committed to promote diversity in its operations and guarantees non-discrimination throughout all businesses. ROS maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and requires all management and employees to comply with these ethics.

Partnerships

The management team is in regular contact with all stakeholders and conducts scheduled investor meetings on important topics like strategy, performance, corporate governance and others.

Strengthened partnerships, long-term relationships and maintaining the trust throughout the company is good practice at ROS.

Data Management

Data is important to ROS, as it provides a portfolio-wide view of the performance and helps managing risk and plan for greater resilience. Consistent data is available for the investors, developers and operations teams in order to get insights and make decisions.

Cybersecurity

ROS has a well-formulated architecture for protection and maintenance of its IT resources with the items deemed critical for any organization currently in place and operational. With increasing risks and a constantly changing cyber environment, it is critical that access to data is filtered, redundant and routinely backed up.

Political Neutrality

ROS maintains a policy of political neutrality and does not take a position in favour for or against any political party nor does it make political contributions.

Human rights

ROS aims to conduct operations that are consistent with the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

ROS is committed to help increase the enjoyment of human rights in the communities in which it operates and to engaging with its stakeholders to develop, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the policy. Should ROS identify adverse human rights impacts resulting from or caused by its business activities, fair and equitable remediation will be provided for.
